Designed and implemented new software and processes for space planning, occupancy tracking and reporting, project management and master move scheduling. Developed new occupancy reporting processes for 46 buildings, 3.4 million square feet and over 12,000 seats. Analyzed the need and created the master strategy to add 250,000 square feet to the real estate portfolio in FY96.
